Pat was introduced to New Thought philosophy in 2010 and wanted to be in a community of like-minded people. Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) was the right fit. She took her first class at CSL Princeton and couldn’t get enough. Those classes led her to become a licensed Prayer Practitioner in 2015. Pat came to CSL Santa Rosa in 2016 and assists with classes, serves with the Jail Ministry, facilitates a weekly Circle for Spiritual Connection group, and offers After Service Prayer.
When Pat looks back at her career, in the health field, she thinks she was happiest, and felt most fulfilled, when teaching. Some of her favorite teaching topics are gratitude, forgiveness, and change. Some of Pat’s favorite phrases are “Live in love and kindness,” “Look at challenges with curiosity and as opportunities,” “Ask for what you want,” “What you give out comes back to you,” and “Life is supposed to be enjoyed!”
